The Zoological Society of London is the global conservation charity behind ZSL London and Whipsnade Zoos, practical wildlife conservation in over 50 countries around the world, and the world leading Institute of Zoology.
Our mission is the worldwide conservation of animals and their habitats, and our belief is that a diverse and healthy natural world is valuable in its own right and is essential for ensuring secure and healthy lives for people. We play a unique role in conservation by both working in the field to conserve endangered animals, and by running world-class Zoos with the highest standards of animal welfare, husbandry and exhibit design. This enables us to inform millions about the natural world, and inspire action to conserve wildlife.
In 2010 and beyond, we have teamed up with Giraffe restaurants to raise thousands for ZSL's conservation work.
As a charity, we are reliant on the support of organisations like Giraffe - as well as the general public - to continue our ongoing work, and it is with great pleasure Giraffe have decided to stick their neck out for wildlife and support ZSL.
